Just playing some lowball token poker as I wake up .... got a hand worthy of a bet, and .... how did I lose? (I'm Kevin)
Even by card suit strength doesn't make sense to me.
Spade, Heart, Diamond, Club .. in order of strength.

What were the table cards, and what were the pocket cards (for both)?

Did you both have Q7? What were the two cards I'm not seeing here?

Would you happen to have more detailed information on this hand. I would be helpful in determining what happened. I think so anyways, Based on what we do have here, it does not make any sense to me as it looks like a chopped pot,

Little confusing here, i think he beat you by highcard... pretty sure you just misread your hand.. and little more info next time wouldn't hurt

Q7 is what we each had, both different.
The cards with the same suit, are table cards.

That's what I thought, ... if this was a big money hand, I'd be writing to the casino about it.

Just a good reminder to keep track of things I guess.

So did you, or did you not chop the pot? Or did you receive at least some chips in return, or not at all? Having Q7 or KQ for that matter makes no difference.

You said you lost the hand. It makes no sense if you really both had Q7 like you said. It's definitely a chopped pot and the suits have no value if you were playing holdem. Could it be possible that you saw chips going toward your opponent and did not see the ones coming your way ? It happens because of the speed in which things take place in online poker.

No, the stack slid to him, my amount stayed the same. From now on when I play, I will record the screen.
Yes we both had Q7, as I said, since, all the other cards are duplicate, it only makes sense.

If this happened online, then the computer dont reward the pot to the wrong player. It just does not happen. There have been many posts like this in the forum, and each and every time it turned out, OP has missed something. In live poker its different, since humans can sometimes make an honest mistake.

In the terms and conditions, of the casino, they admit mistakes can happen, and give contact info for it to be investigated.
People program computers, don't forget.

Its not difficult or complicated to teach a computer, which is the winning hand in poker. It sounds like, this was some sort of play money game, and in that case just forget it and move on.

The issue was hand strength....as well, it could happen in a money game and is why I'm asking. *shrug*

In the grand scheme of things I do agree with your view, but as someone who has seen, documented, and reported a totally absurd glitch to a poker site, I do know that these things are not impossible.

Poker is a game of limited information. For you, she stayed that way even after the river. Perhaps poker is not yours. Don't be offended, but you don't even specify what kind of lowball you are playing. It is surprising that opponents have three community cards. Instead of the presented picture, it would be better to show the sequence with which the hands were played. Then it would be very easy to determine exactly where the error occurred. :deal:

didn't have time to record all that until the showdown, then the payout is what made me say to myself 'wtf'....no big deal. Just because I don't use the proper lingo, doesn't mean I don't know the game .... was asking what I thought was an easy answer to something I missed. It was not.
