Please, this is the 2nd "what should I have done different" post from you that i've seen today, which is obviously a simple bad beat. If you get all the chips in as a big favourite, then that is obviously good isn't it? If you then get drawn out, that is a simpe bad beat, but we all suffer those.

Your opponent hasn't done anything wrong here, he would have been the unlucky one running 2 pair into a flopped flush if he hadn't have caught.

Maybe take a break if it is getting to you?

fold preflop instead of checking, you shouldnt play pots oop no matter what your cards are.

If you raise the flop he probably instafolds and you take down another pot to just chip up. I don't always try to stack people as long as I'm chipping up in the tournament you played that slow enough if another heart comes what else could he have but the ace?

Except from questioning your raise with Q9 suited, I agree this is well played and is simply a bad beat. Try again and you will win

u cant do anything different .. u were in the BB and got a BB special flop with a straight flush draw and u got outdrawn... u cant do anyththing about it except possibly making a bigger bet.
