Pot is 1480, you have 780 left, he has 880. If we are betting for value, I think 300 is fine, just about the same amount of your last raise on the turn. He will certainly call it, unless he missed his flush and straight draws, but in that case he'll probably fold to any bet so its pointless to discuss it. But if he has a J or a Q, he will call the 300 given the size of the pot and the fact he called the turn. More than that I'm not sure, depends on player I guess.

As joeeagles said it depends on the player. You have a good stack even if he folds your bet and if he's a loose player then I'd shove. Otherwise, a bet around 300 is fine.
