3vi is my friend, he had AKs.

I put the other guy in AJ and caught the straight, possibly KJ and caught 2 pair.

Originally i thought JJ, but i dont understand the flop bet of 60

The preflop re-raise and the flop bet just don't go together. He bet the flop like he had overs.. or maybe because he was hoping to be raised? I can't understand the reasoning behind the first two actions of the other guy.

I smell JJ here. The reraise preflop is a huge sign of strength designated for AK, AA, KK, QQ, JJ and sometimes 10 10. He tried a small bet to milk the pot here, underbet to throw off the strength of his hand and calls the reraise. The K on the turn now scares him some but he still does a small bet and you only call. The Q makes his straight and is praying you don't hold a J to split the pot.

The only other option here that would make sense is KK or AA played really badly.

I think your friend should have reraised on the turn to see where he stands. A reraise with an over card (if TC had QQ or JJ) may have gotten him to fold at that point and he would not have to fold on the river with the Q.
