Is this worth risking? AQ should be ahead of his range; however, a LOT of pockets are in that range. So, is it worth risking this tournament to be most likely an underdog to a pocket; even if I win doesn't necessarily mean I double my chances of winning the tourny; or can't I ever fold such a strong hand against such weak players?

you have very little fold equity, in fact id say you have close to no fold equity.. he would have to be 3betting really light to make this a shove over good...

I don't like shoving here, people don't fold pairs in $1 tournaments, besides, we're behind pairs... At 15-30, just fold to the 3-bet, calling out-of-position is terrible, we're either c/f-ing the flop, or we're hitting our hand, then only getting action from hands that beat us.

So, if you know that villian makes this move with lots of pockets it would only be +EV if you had fold equity?
