The 2 min raises are playing weak... which means a aggressive / lose player WILL attack you, first min raise may be oki, but not the 2nd, should be a call or a real raise depending on your info of the player, which you haven't informed us about (is the player lose, aggressive, tight ...).
The all in is no good again it tells him nothing, many player move all in to just "push" the other players out of the hand when they have nothing, here the player have a pocket pair, so he calls, a bad call but what did he put you on ? ... nothing maybee.
The actually real question here is what do you want to acomplish with the min bet on the flop ?, if it more money in the pot you got it and the play was perfect. If it was for him to fold it was a no good.
Now you get more money in the pot and ... move all in, with the best hand is that bad nope... but he suxs out on you well that happends and is not bad play, just shows you're read on the player was right. And he was lucky, well against luck you don't have a chance in poker, but looking at it in the long run you'll be a winning player.
