I think that crotch X could have just called the raise and seen the flop or made a small re-raise. Either way, after the flop, he would have been all-in and OUT..:rolleyes:

I seen a really poor guy (at least in luck) he lost 2k real money in one hand at at 10? dollar table, forget exactly but it wasn't a very high stakes game.

Flop came down qjx he bet, other guy called. turn was a j, now a decent bet but not as much as the first one, which was called. river was a j. now a big bet and got raised. He said he couldn't lay it down (maybe expecting the other person to have a J but he already had alot of money into the pot) and called. He showed kq, other guy showed pocket kk's.

Guess he could afford it though, as he still had around 800-1k in his stack, and turned around and topped it off to 2k again.

Wish I could that much in one hand and not be phased by it.
