Villian has been aggressive, he's shown down ace rag where he opened from early position. He's also raised a few times from MP and folded to an all in reraise. What's our play here, do we have any fold equity if we shove?

You don't list the blinds or pot size, but I think I'm ducking my head and letting the blinds take a shot if they want to. No reason to gamble here.

Before i answer is this a turbo or regular and how many players started in this and how many get paid?

I'd guess it was around 75/150 for the blinds. I'd fold preflop also. You still have 2 players behind you and you'd have to fold to an AI which could easily happen as the pot size will be enticing to the blinds.

Blinds were 80/160, it's a turbo 9 players started and 3 get paid.

He just raised ~25% of his stack so I wouldn't bank on him folding. He will probably call and at best your in a coin flip. I'm folding here.
