Whats the correct play with pocket 10's from this spot?

Whats the correct play with pocket 10's from this spot?

I have pocket 10's, I'm second to act, Jamie gold to my left(no barring), 29K stack, level 14(30 min levels), 192 entrants, 62 players left, Multi-flights, blind 2000/1000(300 antes), average stack on the table is 50-60k. Under the gun raises to 6k, hes raising pretty light even from early position and my image at this point is pretty tight.

Do I flat?
Do I fold?
Do I Jam?

Once I hear some answers, I'll tell you how it played out.

At 1k/2k, you have ~15 bbs. Jamming is really your only option, given that flatting is awful and folding is nit/tight, especially given your read on opener.

Thats what I did, did work out that time. But I also gave some consideration to flatting and folding a to a shove because my table image was tight and most hands shoving behind me are beating me and i'm very likely beating the opener and could probably beat him post flop. Also I was having a lot of trouble picking up small pots here and there. I came back from having 7k in chip when blinds were 600/300. I took a brutal beat before full house vs full house and thats what got me in that position.

Nah, with 15 bbs, you just can't correctly call off raises. You're in full shove/fold mode with those chip dynamics. I could see calling behind an UTG open if you both had deep stacks, but this shallow, you gotta jam there.

I feel better about my play. I was pretty sure that was optimal but being in such early position there it feels like a lot of times someone can wake up with a better hand behind me.

What would be the lowest pair you Jam with there?

Jamming seems like the best play as the other poster said. As for the lowest pair to 3-bet shove. I think 77 is the lowest. Without the antes I'd need at least 88.

What the math to need 77 or 88 without antes?

I kind of made a rough guess.

If you want to find a mathematical way then you need to assign a range for your opponent. Also, figure out which part of that range folds to a shove and which part calls. Find EV of folds and EV of getting called. Add them together and if it is greater than zero then you have a good push.

EV of folds = (chance of opponent folding) X (money in pot before your push)
EV of calls = (equity in hand)* (money in pot after your both all-in)

Antes would juice up the pot which requires less equity to win.

I would recommend downloading Equilab if you haven't don't so already. It helps with poker calculation.

I think that pushing is your best option, as long as you have not more than 30 bb. If you have more you can wait for a better spot since you are utg+1. If you are extremely short or near the bubble you should go all in, at least from my point if view

If the player was a little tighter I could see a call and call/jam if no/1 over. But given that TT is at the top of his range (and I'll assume he will fold much of his opening range) I would go with the shove. I hate shoving with TT but sometimes you have to do it.

Pocket Tens is strong enough to go all-in when you have only 15BB left (and you have already put 3BB into the pot). Ship it when your opponent has a cooler.

EZ jam.....

You cannot be raise folding with 15BB....

You cannot fold the 6th/7th best hand in the game...

You cannot limp here as not many flops are easy to play and we are OOP...

Again, easy jam.
