Ok. I was mid position and blinds were 20 and everyone's chips were 1500.
This was first hand of tounament.

You got all your chips in the middle as a huge favorite, not really much to analyze in this hand, it is just a bad beat....For the future please make sure ot post all the relevant information and don't show the results for analysis.

There's definitely nothing you could have done in the situation. The villain had top pair, and you raised outrageously. A slower play would allow you to bet on the turn and the river, without going all-in. It seems too much like a bluff. But then again the villain probably wasn't thinking. A lot of people call all-in with top pair. Some get lucky like here. Mainly they are going to get ruined. You would almost be forced to fold after seeing the 9 on the river, because a Q is going to take the pot. Just a bad beat.
