Can't fault that. Got one of them to come along with you, chance of getting both was minimal. There was some action on the flop meaning that the check was likely to see action on the turn. With no flush draw there's not much chance of getting a card that helps someone enough to make them call on the river where they wouldn't on the turn.

Your push could easily be an ace, unlikely to be a bluff. Going to be very few people laying down an ace there or calling with anything else.

thats what i figured, someone would have to have an ace to call it, and he bet on the flop and raised on the turn so i figured i had him trapped. my reasoning behind it anyway
