I was happy 😃 with the way I played Thus far I was kinder pushing it when everyone folded to me on the button with K8o bubble situation I think 🤔 I had about 9 bb and the small blind was one ☝️ of the chip leaders big blind had about the same as me .so I think 💭 I was too aggressive should just try to make the money 💰. Thank you for your comments.

Push-fold ranges depend on, how much risk aversion or ICM pressure is present. K8o from BTN is marginal and can be a fold or jam with 10BB depending on that. If it was not on the bubble or final table, its a fine jam, and you just got unlucky to run into two very strong hands.

This was from a freeroll that I believe was a CC freeroll based on some of the names so there should be familiarity with you vs villains and villains vs you. I say that because do they know what your jamming range here is with 10 BBs on the button? They probably have a decent idea if you play against them everyday so I think you are getting called maybe fairly close to perfectly here where any K10+ is calling, the suited broadways might call which you are ahead of but just flipping to the good basically and of course any ace will call. If this was a random tournament where players would not know you as well this hand fits a jam with 10 BBs so it would be fine in that case its not even bad, just maybe not the best play.

As Fundiver said, its pretty bad luck to run into two premium hands in the blinds in this spot and as he also mentioned, where you are in the tournament makes a difference as well and the payout structure.

Thank you for your comment I was 7 away from the money 💰 is that a bubble situation?? And if so that means it was a bad jam ??

Depends how many places pay. If 1.000 places pay, then 7 away from the money is usually only a hand or two. But if 4 places pay, then 7 away from the money mean, there is a lot of play, before the bubble burst. Given that it was a freeroll, then presumably at least 30-50 places pay, and then you will want to jam a bit tighter and try to outlast the guys with 5-8BB and similar short players on the other tables. But its not a terrible jam. Its like maybe 1-2 hands to wide. Like K9 or KT would be a jam, but maybe not K8.

At that point of the game you played aggressively, and it was the right choice. You succeed to have the strongest card K, but the flush loved the qween!
