This hand took place in the $300 Cardschat freeroll on 888 this afternoon.

I think the villain was abused, not to say anything else, despite being at the beginning of the tournament and with 91bb, I had no other alternative after he 4bet me, and also because I know the villain well, and know the way he play.

Would you play differently?🤔

Not much to say here imo. The 3 bet sizing looks fine although I think you could go bigger a bit if you want and should depending on villain. Once they 4 bet their range shrinks of course but I would not be folding KK here so if its a spot where we are KK against AA then we just are. You get a great spot by a weird play from villain calling a 5 bet all in with AQ off. Bad runout, bad beat and we jump up from our chair and swear about it for a few mins and then forget it and move on.

Unfortunately, in freerolls the vast majority of players don't play thinking about ranges, position and so on, they simply look at the value of the hand, the only thing left to do is forget about it and move on to another tournament.

I don't understand what's there to speak about analysis here

We are never folding KK no matter how many angles u see it from

U played it exactly like u should and result turned sour simple as that

Just forget it and play the next one lol

You decided to play your kings, against a high stacked aggressive player and it was a right decision, in a proper position for that high pair. I think I would do the same. If I had your stack and your opponent's hand I would think it more to play all in an AQ offsuite.

This was a standard play with KK, the allin re-raise was obvious, the AQ overestimated his hand a bit and committed to the pot with the 3bet, he got lucky, but I think the play was correct with KK.

Would you also have shared this hand, if your KK had held against AQo? Its basically a bad beat story, and as such it belongs in the "bad beats and vents" section.

I just wanted to know your opinion on whether it was worth the risk with a pair of KK, being with 91bb, my view of the game may be different from a professional like you.

That question would be relevant, if you had run into AA. But seeing, that he stacked off with AQ, you already know, you were far ahead of his range. So what is really the question here? If you should avoid taking risks in poker? In that case the answer is no. Taking risks is, what poker is all about. Especially when you are not right on a tournament bubble or something, which was clearly not the case here. With blinds of 30/15 the tournament had just begun, and the only goal at this early stage is to accumulate chips.
