Based on the bet and your stack size and top pair and a flush draw, raise all in. They coudl easily have 2 upaired high cards, if they have a bigger pocket pair, you have lots of outs X2.

I know your considering a push, and TBH, it would be gutsy. You may have the best hand and you've got at least 12 outs and an even chance of improving even if you dont. But, you're in good position with a healthy stack, and I don't see any reason to jeopardize that. What's more, something smells fishy. Slickwon has raised and bet, out of position and into multple callers, twice... and got called! You may not be the only one in the flush sweapstakes. IMO there's a very strong chance that you're up against an overpair and another draw. If I had 1/2 your chips I'd shove 'em all-in. In this case, I'd sit this one out and watch the fireworks.

If you arnt going to push when you flop top pair and a flush draw with 10-7...why are you playing it?
Because you have more information now than when you decided to play it. First of all, you didn't know you would be up against 3 opponents, not just 2. You didn't know that the preflop raiser would bet out on the flop, and you sure as hell didn't know he'd get called, and last but not least, you still don't know what the BB is going to do. So Mr. itchy trigger finger, be my guest, push away. BTW, what did you have when you pushed all-in vs. Sticky?
