I took forever to fold this hand. I'm so glad he showed me cause it wouldve drove me crazy. He was a rock, and whenever he bet, he showed down the best hand. (I've played with him before). So it took me awhile, but I knew he was strong. I was thinking AA, KK, or A7. I actually convinced myself that he had A7, cause I thought he wouldve reraised me with the other 2 preflop. So I made the right laydown, but for the wrong reason. Still happy with myself though.

It don't matter what the reason was, the point is you made a great laydown and that's a tough hand to lay down.

If he was a rock I doubt he'd have cold-called the raise preflop with A7. :)

Regardless, nice hand. I would estimate that 9 times out of 10 I'm going broke there.

yeh great call the fact he was a rock certainly made it easier to lay down but it was a nice read of the situation.
