Look at my Straight Flush I got tonight at PS. I know, I know, it's play money which most conssider not "an actual tourney," but it was a great hand nonetheless. Unfortunately, everyone folded before the river, so no one knew what I had (I almost never show.)This was a big pot win for me, which catapulted my positioon in this ttourney. I eventually took second, and $7,500 in play money chips!

Nice hand Jess, and well done on finishing second in that tourney. How come you play 'play money' tourneys, if you don't mind me asking? Is it finance? Or some other reason. Seems to me if you can get 2nd in a play money tourney then you're good enough to play in real money tourneys. If you dont wanna risk the money, do you play freerolls?

Thanks Guys! The answer to your question KerouacsDog, is since my January injury, I haven't worked. Ergo, I haven't earned any money. I do play freerolls, and have some freeroll winnings on Absolute, but nowhere else...yet. But I'm always trying!

Well join 32redpoker.com they have some nice freerolls every day, and once a month they have a $5000 freeroll which is quite easy to place in(I've done it twice from 3 goes and i'm no great player!), and the great thing is, there are no hands played requirements.

Try the Ultimate Bet free rolls. Are you playing the Wed night CC freerolls on Titan? Also if you get enough play money on Stars there are people who will buy it from you. (I haven't figured the purpose of that out yet)
