T9s or ATs maybe? I think these fit his line well.

EDIT: Although I'm in agreement with Dingo, it's a clear call. I'm not raising because his line is kind of weird and the above hands fit his line so well (as do some weird bluffs, but of course there's no point in raising those).

No point raising since hell only call with a straight i think, but id definitely call. Theres so many cases he couldve bet this after your turn check, from pure bluff to catching a piece of it etc...
