youve got a ncestack, call and see a flop, or you can take the aggresive way and re raise it to like 500 to look really strong to hope to get hu in the pot

The problem with calling here is we dont know what 1st raiser is going to do. If you cold call and I was 1st raiser I would bump it up for the simple reason it would be very hard for both of you to call me if I made a very aggressive play there.

as for what should you do, beats me. I dont think overcalling with JJ is that great of a play though.

Yup, I agree with all this. Calling here doesn't close action and leaves you vulnerable to 1st raiser, and their stacks are barely big enough to justify playing for set value.

This is a tough spot w/o reads. A reraise is usually a sign of strength, but it could also be that 1st raiser has been loose so the reraise might be coming with a wider range, since it's also in position. With no reads I think a reraise is dangerous, you might get shoved back and you'd be committed to call and find yourself W/B or racing vs 2 overcards.

Folding is weak but I don't think its terrible with JJ faced by a raise and reraise. At best I think you can only call, you have position and can escape easily if action gets heavy, whether pre- or postflop.

Not having reads makes this much harder, I mean just think for example that if you knew reraiser has been TAG so far, you could fold w/o regrets. That's how big a single read could be here.
