I played the Sportsbook.com tourny at Paradise today and placed a respectable 15th out of about 1500 which payed exactly nothing. Tourny was for one new car, a Rx8, to 1st place. No consolation to anyone else. The hand below is the one crippled me, I wasn't able to recover with the large blinds. When I called the all in, I thought Zaniac probably had Ax or Kx because he had been playing that type of hand from the short stack and had just won a nice hand. I had also been pushed out of a couple of pots by reraises and decided to take a stand with the jacks. I remember now why I hate JJ lol.

Well congrats anyway for the great try.. But every now and then those who play as loose as he does can get a great starting hand as well.

I think he played loose from the short stack because of blind sizes and didn't want to get blinded out. I stayed and finished watching the tourny and he was a very respectable player. Goes to show when reading players to take circumstances into consideration also.

But could you blame him?? Being short stacked.. there isn't alot of choices and a lot of strategy involved. Just pick and go.. thats about it.

The most evil hand there is. Very hard to lay down but I tend to limp and fold if I don't get the set...
