I think, the initial flat is fine. Folding is to tight, and if you 3-bet an UTG open, you are usually getting action mainly, when you dont want it. Now BTN jam, and if UTG had folded, its a snap call. However when UTG just call the BTN jam, I actually think, that looks a bit trappy given, that its for around 1/3 of your stack. So I am thinking, there is a high risk, this player has QQ+, and I might actually make a nitty fold here and live to fight another day.

The nice about a situation like this is, you get to see his hand, even if you fold, so you can evaluate, if your read was good or not. You did get it in though, and he called and flipped over AK, which then got there despite the fact, BTN also had AK, so they were blocking each others outs. So at the end of the day a great spot for you, which just did not work out this time. Thats poker. On to the next hand.
