I think you played it pretty good; however, I wouldn't maybe go all in. Risking all of my chips on a medium pair is a little risky to say the least, especially when your opponent goes all in.

Tough spot. Some reads on the opponents would be VERY helpful in this situation. Anyway, You are OOP in a multi-way pot with just a middle pair over the board. You bet the pot on the flop and got raised - scary. Villain doesn't leave much behind meaning they probably aren't folding. You are only crushing 66 here, right? IMO play a small pot and try to get to a showdown with a not-so-scary board and get some value from hands like A2, A3, A5 so on.

i'd say you played it pretty well. you got him to put in his chips and double you up on the flop while he was behind, thankfully he never caught up. well played.

Is 6x BB a good bet with 77. Styler reraised with 54 suited wow. I would have put him on a stronger hand. Although he had the chips to play with I guess.

i think you re bet on the flop is rather big....
first i though this guy has u crushed, but when i saw his chip stack i realized he could be just pushing you with his big stack... also you have 10 BBs left, u might be up against a straight draw or flush draw...
so sounds like a doable call....

better leave results out though... hard to be unbiased when u know the result..

With 4 limpers and getting a mediocre pocket pair in the BB.. I would have raised it 4-5x more.. to see who was serious about their hand. May have gotten 1 or 2 folds in there.

Seeing how the flop came out.. a limper could have limped in with A/4 and hit their straight on the flop.

But, you won the hand and obviously didn't put anyone on the straight. So, good reads, and nice hand.

I think your pot-sized bet on the flop was a bit on the large size as it was making you pot committed and was bigger than you might need to seek out the info. you were looking for.
To then get re-raised here is looking pretty scarey. As stated above,.. I mean 'what hands are you ahead of here'?
Because your flop bet was so large, you were priced in to call the raise.
Turned out well (obviously) but could've been disasterous.

Playing med. prs out of position can spell big trouble.

I agree I think you played it well, definitely want to get the limpers out with the pre-flop raise. don't really see anything wrong with how you played it but might have been tough to go all in with a small pair.

I think you played it well personally. You just got donked. Nothing you can do. More often than not that guy goes felt due to his poor knowledge of the game. GL
