well i would have re-raised timds instead of just calling, maybe to something like 500 to 600
but anyway, i think u need to call here, villains range is quite large in this situation, the kind of hands he would really be pushing here with are like AK/AQ/JJ/10 10 or a lower pair, i dont see him pushing hands like KK or AA cause he would be losing great value with them, i think a call is in order
also this is 1$ tourny were ppl are prone to overplaying mediocre hands

True. I agree that you are ahead of his range and that you should call. If you were putting your tourney life on the line, I would advise against calling, but seeing as how you will have around 1k back if you lose, I'd call here.

why did u just call the original raiser.. re-raise to qualify your hand... when the villian pushes all in.. i insta call.. play to win.. AA .. KK all that have u dominated.

Thanks for the validation that I played this o.k. (maybe except for re-raising pre-flop). I called the all-in, original raiser folds

He had AK and flopped a K

You want to push the action preflop here and get it to heads up. At these stakes though I think that moertelmu still goes AI even if you had raised to 500.

Might want to re-raise originally, make it like 500. As played it's an easy shove, you're way ahead of his range here, especially at these stakes. Don't worry about what happened, though, just try not to be results-oriented.
