all other players folded
If you were me, will you go all-in?

Without the relevant info its difficult to know what is really going on in the hand, we don't know if your 24k is a big stack or only 2.4bb and that all would determine the correct decision.

But.... most often, unless you have a very good reason for thinking this player is bluffing you or calling you very light, this is a very very easy fold.

Without knowing what happened preflop, the most important thing is it sounds like someone shoved, got called and now actions on you. I would call this a super easy fold. You have two putting money in the pot. It is very likely that we will be behind if we call.
