No, can't be a bad beat when you play a bad hand in omaha, imo. Omaha is about drawing to the nuts and those hand don't have a lot of nut potential.

not a bad beat, bad play. that hand is a piece of trash dont play it, u need 4 cards that are in some way working together. so first of all fold preflop, then on the flop should fold, bottom 2 pair usually gets u into trouble just like on this hand.
