Id move in here...i think if he had a stronger hand he wouldve raised to put you in first.

Most people who limp in here would just want to see a flop and bet no matter what comes up since if it doesnt hit you, you would fold. Plus kq is a favorite against a random hand and most likely you wouldnt be dominated.
