$Freeroll NLHE MTT Turbo: Aggressiveness with a set(1) and straight(2)

Two examples here, all from pokerstars' Freeroll MTTs. Both happened within a few minutes. 100/200 blinds

Here I had a set - was I too aggressive on the flop? Should I check/call on the flop, then raise the turn?

Another example here, a very coordinated board on this one - got a straight on the flop. A smaller bet possibly?

1st hand need was shove only preflop, min 3bet this bad game very often you will get set.

2nd hand only shove preflop too, SB have only 10bb and he played very passive when only completed.

The first hand you could have raised to say 4bb to 6bb on the flop instead of shove. Or after getting lucky on the flop you could have slow played for one street by simply calling the donk bet that cutoff lead out. But i have to point out that 3bet pre flop was unnecessary. Simply calling would have been a better play.

The play in the second hand is absolutely fine. The bet sizing if you ask is fine too. :icon_thum
