Given MP VPIP, I don't think he would limp with 35.
He could have 66/64/22 but you have blockers so I tend to believe he overplays overpairs as villain has zero PFR/3bet frequency.

I would at least call here and bluff on turn if a heart hits the board and bet for value if hand improves and check/fold otherwise.

Hero re-raise all-in ... VPIP 33 / PFR0, our hand is very good in this scenario.

Since it is a freeroll I would have just re-shoved with two pair. It's possible he has a set or draw, but often it could just be a pair or overcards.
