Fold flop, board very coordinated, in multiway pot on this board i think you will have around 25% equity not more, so most of the time you will be behind.

Depends on players that pushed all-in, but generaly speaking folding is a first option here.

On freeroll (utg2) go AI preflop, no need go fancy 20bb left+ante. imo

as played: fold on flop you are not commited. imo

But i do not like hero minraise in general!

Fold was a go idea!
There are many draws on the board and there is a powerfull rise on the flop.
I think that preflop multiway calls means at least one or two midd pocket pairs so at the flop there can be set to.

blinds were 250/500 and you only min raise in utg+2? i think that was a very bad play. with jacks you have to be very aggresive preflop because any queen,king or ace on the flop will make your hand weak so you need to isolate in order to have more chances to win the hand. i think i would have shove all in because there are lots of chances that the player who re raise had a flush draw or a straight draw with a10 or k10 or maybe a pair of tens. so i only see myself folding if any of these players are very tight players. otherwise in most cases i think i would just shove all in because without any paired board like 7 10 10 or Q Q 2 or any overcard its very difficult to fold this hand and i think you are ahead in most cases with jacks in this spot.
