Honestly, I don't love the play preflop. I don't mind speculating with a suited Ace on the cheap, but raising from early/middle position with it is asking for trouble. Especially a min raise, which isn't going to induce many folds, and could very easily put you in a position where you are dominated. Such is the case here, where you are put in a position to make a tough decision partially because your kicker is weak.
