Since your question was dictated towards preflop shouldn't you have just left It to the preflop action. Since that was your main question?

Also why didn't you convert your hand, just makes it easier too look over, just my take on It.

Another question, I'd like to ask, Is over villain's play post flop (Assume for a moment), you don't know his cards, would you make the same shove? Why If yes, and Why If no?

No. It won't be okay. Not if you want to strive to be a winning player that is.

The initial call of the utg1 raise there in eMP is TERRIBLE.
Calling the 3bet OOP is TERRIBLE.

It's difficult to say which is worse because both are real bad (I mean it'd seem obvious that calling the 3bet there is real bad.. but so is the call of the initial raise).

I think the key deciding factor in this hand/play is that it's a freeroll so you've got nothing to lose ever but if you involved your own money then this is massively -EV and a one way ticket to being broke

Is there a reason you have posted this hand?

I didn't think you did mean that (but you did mention that it 'might be okay'... when clearly it is not). Not sure how you've interpretted what I said as having anything to do with that? I just answered the question in the initial post.

what i meant in the op was that if you are going to play it like this and manage to hit a flush draw/ open ender or any top pair j9 will be completely undetected .

Its way too early in the tournament to play speculative hands, I would have folded here with hands like {AT, AJ, KQ}.

But if it were in the middle stages, I might be inclined to play a lot of speculative hands.
