Can I fold this? I really put him on QQ-AA and QQ seemed unlikely given that I had 2 of them.

You can, but I wouldnt. Even though its only 3rd level, I take my chances. If you were SB and had TT or JJ or 99, or at worst case AK what would you do in his position, with a raise in front of you? I would go over the top just like he did thinking its a race, if it gets called. The only way you could get me to fold here is to let me see an A or K on the flop and then push. With the push pre flop...I like my chances with QQ

I would play it. I like my chances there. Even if someone has AA or KK you can still suck out.

You can't possibly put him solely on QQ+ here if you've only known him from the beginning of the game to the 25/50 blind level. It's an easy stack if we include just AK.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 59.793% 57.93% 01.86% 172607388 5540034.00 { QQ+, AKs, AKo }
Hand 1: 40.207% 38.35% 01.86% 114253440 5540034.00 { QQ }

That's 2:1 on a 1.5:1 shot. And he'll have plenty more hands in his range.

I agree, I'd take a shot there. He could have alot of hands that you have smoked. AQ AK JJ 1010. If theres only 2 hands you have to worry about, I say take a shot, and hope he doesn't have one of them.

The other thing to consider is this is a Double or Nothing tourney, doubling your stack here pretty much guarantees you the money. Getting 2:1 on your money for the guarantee to finish in the money, sounds like a call. And even if you lose this hand, you still have chips to get back into it.
