I think you need to find out where the other players stand as of right now. Even if you're behind, you have the nut straight and flush draw. Maybe a bet of 180-220 would do it.

lol with a gutshot, nut FD, and a pair you would be hard pressed to find any hands to which you are behind (a made straight, a set and slight dog to AK). AK/set are highly unlikely given PF play and you still have good equity vs a made straight here. This is such a monster flop for you i would bet 280 or so, then shove if reraised.
