Edit - I thought you were in the big blind. You raised for 22% of your stack with a hand you weren't going to the felt with in early position. Jesus, that's retarded. Grow some stones and open shove please! And pick a better hand to play FFS.

Yeah, I aggree with this comment, if you weren't ready to put it all on the line (can't blame you with Q 10) than you should never have raised.

if your playing q10s there you should have went all in. Instead of raising 200. Because you are playing 1/5 of your chips. I would try 2 still the blinds if anything, if willing 2 play.
