Ok, playing a quick (cheap!) sng to de-stress after a bad run. Should I have folded this?

In hindsight I think the call would be ok for a cash game, but not really a good idea in this situation.

You're in good chip-shape... I don't think you should jeopardize that on what is almost certainly a coinflip at best. If positions are reversed and he leads out betting, you can raise big because you have fold equity. But calling off that much here is bad for a tournament, IMO.
