well

I dont think I would pick this spot at best you have to think you are a coin flip.

remember also you are still in early position and have alot to act behind you. If you guys were in different position like him in the cutoff and you in the blinds or on the button it would be different.

But you are getting dangerously low to 10 big blinds so it is tough spot.

For once I agree with Misch. You've got nothing left in the tank and the blinds are crawling up your ass. This is the best hand your likely to see before the lights go out. Frenchies probably got something decent, but he's still in good shape and might just fold Ax or a low pair to a push. If he doesn't then there are only 4 hands you really need to worry about. So, I say, shove like there's no tomorrow or if you haven't got the nuggets, fold. There are no other options.

Ugh, this is ugly and semi close. I believe it's a fold. Although hovering around 10BB isn't great, we'll retain a workable amount of fold equity for the next orbit, and still some for the orbit after that. He might make this raise with AJ, but otherwise we're flipping or dominated when we have nothing committed to the pot. And yeah, we really likely don't have fold equity right now if he's strong enough to raise UTG (after already raising EP in one of the last two hands). I'd let it go. First-in vigorish FTW

Six-handed, it's a shove. If the raiser acted two positions later (or more), it's a shove. But 9-handed vs UTG raise, I like a fold.

I think in retrospect this should be a fold as well. Very little FE, marginal hand, too many to act behind me etc etc

It's hard to think so, though, with these results:

lol, that works. That's why I hate getting moved to new tables so constantly. If you'd just had maybe as little as three orbits under your belt with this guy, it probably would have been a pretty clear shove, but the lack of a read made it into a tough decision.

Oh and another reason I neglected to mention for folding is that being so early, there are 7 people after us who can wake up with a hand that crushes us (if the UTG raiser's doesn't already). I don't think that factors in hugely, but a little bit

I can't believe he called your push. But in true, not "results oriented" fashion, I think I fold this for many of the reasons already listed by other posters. I admit its close, but I fold.
