I would def call here and hope no more diamonds show up on the turn or river. The bet is only 2XBB, so I see no problem calling here w/ TPTK.

even though so many are in the hand the bet is so small that you probably still have the best of it.
if the bets become very large then your top pair top kicker probably isnt very valuable anymore.

ya but my question here is what would you do? push all in to try to get rid of some people...just smooth call to see if you can improve on the turn...or fold being worried about a set or two pair???

I would reraise here. You probably have the best hand right now and there is a flush draw on the flop. You don't want them to chase that flush cheaply. I would reraise it to 500.
