It's probably hard to put them on a particular hand when they were raising already, although the increased bet was a worry. However, at that point you knew that any King would be at least splitting the pot, and could have a draw to beat you, even if they didn't have a flush. So against a fair number of the likely hands, you'd be at best splitting and at worst either splitting or getting scooped when they redraw against you, so then is probably not the best time to be making a stand, despite making the straight.

You either want to take the pot heads up, or at least get info from the SB and from BB.
you have no idea what either player has on the flop, and calling with bottom pair and a gutshot is really not a good idea with the next shortest stack. It's just unfortunate that the flush also brought you that middlepin :(

When villain raised it up when the flush draw hit the board, the red lights should have started flashing. You were on the button in this hand...a little pre-flop raise may have isolated this hand for you and got Mr. BB out of the way.
