joe i think its when you cold call a bet on one street then lead out betting on the next.

but why is noone giving villain credit for a hand here?

Villain is in a steal position in an unraised pot which makes his range wider. That's why they don't necessarily give him credit for a better hand than Chuck's, although possible.

Results:

I push, he calls with AK, I lose.

I've gotten myself in several of these (probably over-aggressive) resteals and it's costing me. Gonna try some stop n gos and other tactics in the future.
