Villain is loose...but not very aggressive, so I didn't know what to label him. I'm probably ahead of his range, but I can't see it being very far...maybe KQ or something in that neighborhood. Is this a clear fold?

you've got plenty of chips and have the most at the table....don't risk over 1/4 of your stack on AJos....
you may be ahead..but he could have any pair, AQ, AK, KQ....I'd wait for a bit better spot against this guy.

has he pushed frequently? you said he's not very aggressive....has he pushed before? or just limped? has he showed any hands down?

I think this is a fold, he is shoving into a UTG raise, unless you have been a brazen blind stealing thief you can lay this down like you said, best you are hoping for in this case is a coin flip.
