1020 in the pot, 850 left in villain's stack...the only thing you can do is push at this point.

I would've reraised all in preflop

Re raising all in pre flop loses your customer. You do not want to be doing that. The raise was fine pre flop. Pushing pre flop gives your opponent a good reason to fold because they have not really committed themselves to the pot yet. By making the raise that hero made, you are letting your opponent see the flop much much cheaper, but also committing them to the pot that much more.
Instead of just pushing villain all in on the flop, I may bet a little more then 1/2 the villain's stack to possibly give him the illusion that he has fold equity, when he really has none at all.
Then again, pushing is probably the better play anyway.

With AA you should be risking your stack and even if you lose you'll have 600 left which you can come back with. So given you want to play for stacks, what is the best way to get your opponent to commit his? I like royal's suggestion and a bet of 500 should do it.
