This happened on a live tournament that I was just on.
The table was very action packed. It's just level 2 and most of the players on the table has re-bought already (only allowed once). No one was limping in. It's a push or fold atmosphere. Villain to my right was a loudmouth who raises everything and has gone all in several times already.
