Looks good to me. I might have bet a little bit bigger on the river to get more value, although it's a trade-off in how likely he is to call. Given the betting patterns you can be fairly sure your opponent has a medium pair like 77 or 88, or maybe QJ.

Bet 250-300 on river. Otherwise fine.

Not sure why you think you did anything "wrong", per se. You won the hand and got paid on the river. Sounds like a good combination to me.

Now, as far as what i would have done differently based on my style, I would have bet a tad more on the flop, likely 250-275. Even though I am in position and AK suited is strong, if he's chasing first hand I may still need to improve to win. Let him chase and pay for it. I also would have fired on the turn as there is now a diamond draw out there that I want to discourage. Checking it gives him a chance to make his draw for free, which I think is a bad idea.

I think a bigger preflop raise would have gotten a little more value for your hand maybe 80-120 or 140. The flop was a bad one real dry but a continuation bet off that may have won the hand. Then again online MTT's first hands are all in fests mostly. A value bet on the river of 300 would have made more money as well.
