Call. You're ahead of the average $3 donk's range and even if you're wrong and he has JT (a) you have outs and (b) even if you miss them you're still in good shape stack-wise.

You have to call here I think. Even if he has your set beat, which I doubt, you still have outs. Villan gave you a good chance to add lots of chips, take it.
