Playing 6,000 games & playing in the $55's... & not knowing much about ICM, or SNG WIZ or Pokerstove does seem pretty odd/strange. I'd say that you'll find at least 30% of the $5 & $10 tables (ftp) are well-versed in this basic SNG stuff.

I believe the member's suggestions about the level of buyin to be re-considered is a valid one. Just sayin'

Just wanted to know if I did the right thing by calling here

Poker Stars - $55+5 Tournament Blinds: 100/200 No Limit Hold'em (6 players)
Poker Stars Hand Converter Tool from CardsChat.com

SB Hero: $1715.00
BB: $1655.00
UTG: $1025.00
MP: $930.00
CO: $1945.00
BTN: $6230.00

Pre-flop: ($300.00) Hero is SB and dealt :7s4: :7d4:
3 folds, BTN raises to $6205.00, Hero calls $1590.00, BB folds, BTN returned $4515.00
I'm not risking my game on 77 when there are too many hands that beat me or I'm flipping with.
Standard fold IMO.
