the big stack was very aggressive and my guess was trying to steal,my problem was the sb had already called so I would be facing two opponents.

SB is irrelevant here. That's not much of a read on the BTN :( for having played the entire FT with him. My default answer would be to fold and hope the BTN has a legit hand this time and I'm now HU but if the BTN has been showing an amount of bottom 30% hands then I'd probably call.

I would fold and let the BTN try to take out the SB. all your hoping for is an A or diamonds. If you hit the A you could still be behind and if diamonds come diamonds your still not guaranteed to hit the flush
