Lately I have been folding AQo/AJo from UTG. But in a turbo I think you have to play it. Bet 175-200 and go from there.

AJo would be an instafold UTG IMO. I think AQo is a marginal winner.

On a table where noting has happened, raising 200 would be a misstake.
The problem is that if you get re-raised you will probably call, and you have way to much invested in the pot.
That would have been fine with deeper stacks, but with only 30bb effective I would say somewhere between 120-150 would be more correct.

id say either make it 150 fold to a reraise most of the time other than non standard circumstances, nothing wrong with folding

It is a turbo tournament so time is hurry up: Make a standard raise with AQ UTG and it should win the pot. If you are reraised by more than 1 player, then you should think about folding.

You need to put in a raise. Not a large one but one where people have to pay to see not just limp.

I would fold here and save my chips and spend them in a better situation.

If you raise and get called you have to act oop. Not the best if you did not hit the flop.

In the case you get reraised and call i totally agree with only_bridge, that you have way to much invested in the pot.

The other opportunity is to limp. But I would, like I said, fold in this situation.

Your image would not suffer from folding!
