my default play here is to bet like 1/2 to 2/3 pot, your very aggro and if he observed that, he will call u down light. i dont think a check raise is a bad play but i prefer to bet this.

Stack sizes are important. I would raise to more preflop, to 1200 as villain is calling a 1200 bet if they would call a 1000 bet. We have a couple of options really, if villain is aggressive then I think a check-raise is perfectly fine as the board is not drawy at all. A lead out is fine if villain is a station or is at all passive or if we have been c-betting a lot.

Villain and stack dependent I would say but either option would be fine.

Just out of curiosity, would you have pushed all in PF? This is a knockout tourney. Not that I'm going for the bounty but for the loose players.

Like Pantin said, if he is a total donk sure but I don't push very often in this spot. I don't play KO's though. Still, we can look for him to hit the flop and KO him then.

With stack sizes BBB, the UTG+1 limp and the blinds still to act I would 3-bet this larger. Standard is 3xraise but with the limp and blinds a 3-bet of 1500-1700 should be considered. This then makes it way easy to shove on the flop.
