A shove seems like the standard play here, calling is pretty terrible, folding is too weak, so a shove is the only play you have left.

Craziness to see them both flat your shove here... unless UTG is a 'good' player & is trapping w AA by just flatting the shove, hoping to induce.... but am guessing more likely is a bigtime donk who's flatting here w KQ, AQ, maybe even AT type hands.
