$5 NL HE STT: I think it was a easy push? what do you lot think

I think this hand is an easy push but my gut keeps tells me i should have folded. Do you ever follow your gut feeling?

I just need some of you guys to help me for a second.

Stacks:
SB (hero) with 2020
BB with 2150
CO with 5005
BTN with 4325

Blinds:100/200
Site: full tilt poker
Dealt to SB:3♦ A♥
Preflop:
2 players fold.
Hero raises to 2,020, and is all in

I know this is probably easy for you but my mind has gone blank.

I approve this jam. Fairly good cards + fairly good fold equity + big blinds to steal = ship it.

Its push or fold... I approve of the push, at this point of an STT you have to be pushing those kinds of hands.

it was a weird hand. Before I pushed I had a really bad feeling about shoving here. I shoved and he woke up with aqs and busted me.

Eh I never trust those feelings... I get them all the time when I'm about to shove... you cant trust feelings online, live is another thing.

Definite push. I would probably be shoving any ace in this situation against either of those stacks in the BB, especially since you are shorty.

Typically an ez push here.... 'but' occassionally I would adjust if BB is a random & is ICM dumb (not sure exactly what villain needs to call a shove with here & is also player read dependent). If villain appears to be 'icm dumb' I will tighten my shoving range... if it's a reg. in lower buyins I'm opening up my range here BvB alot.
