-Deep in Turbo MTT; currently sitting around 8th/16 players. Top 11 get paid.
-Blinds go up the next hand, so I actually have 12BBs
-Lot of dead money in pot when it gets to me (11K) and it'll put me near the top 5 stacks if I can scoop it up.

-So, is this a good spot to get my money in and try and pick up a lot of dead money? Or should I have just waited for a better hand?
-Is limping an option here? I feel thats a bit weak and most of the time, I think I'm check folding to a lot of flops.
-Is raising an option here? If so, how much should I raise? I feel like a lot solid raises commit me and I'm calling if I get shoved into.

I think you not have stats on two limp ?? How often do they limp , or notes what they limp with top range or light ?

There is really very difficult to say will be profitable shove or no... Also if in blinds two tight , this shove good , if not only fold....

So , if there are no statistics only fold , better not to risk before ITM in marginal pot... Because I do not know the meaning of these two limp and what players in blinds, fold looks much better..

Forgot to say, there no raise , because you will be tied to pot , stack only 6M ...Also no limp it will be awful , with your 14bb..

Considering it is a turbo, everybody is short stacked (<20bb) and close to the money, you got to ask YOURSELF some questions.

-Do I care bubbling this tourney?
-Am I trying to win it?
-Do my opponents care about bubbling it?
-Are they good enough to limp with a monster?
-Are they bad enough to call a shove with garbage?
-Waiting for a good hand is a good strategy short stacked?

Your M is less than 7. Def CANNOT just limp here and IMHO a raise to say T$7K-T$8K is too easy for a larger stack to blow you off with a shove. If you had not been very active prior to this and your showdowns had been fairly tight then a suited Ace here is fine for the shove. If you could be perceived as loose then I don't like the shove as too often you will be called by a PP or a dominating AX.

My guess here is one opponent will call you up and he will be dominating or

with big advantage going for showdown.
